This coaching is specifically designed for ERC grant candidates who are preparing for their interview in Brussels (Step 2 of the selection process) - and who want to optimise communication with their respective expert panel.
Sylvia has been preparing scientists for this important occasion every year since 2007: for the presentation as well as for the q&a that follows. Tom has been on board as a body and voice coach for several years, so the coaching is definitely intense: In 3.5 hours, the coachee gets feedback on their online appearance as well as on the linguistic and strategic design of their communication.
Like the interviews, this coaching takes place online.
Tom and Sylvia also work with teams in science, business and administration.
