You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of these data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the site notice if you have any further questions on the subject of data protection. You also have the right of appeal to the appropiate supervisory authority.

Third-party analysis and tools

When you visit our website, your browsing behaviour can be statistically evaluated. This is done primarily with cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your browsing behaviour is usually anonymous; the browsing behaviour cannot be traced back to you. You may object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools. Details can be found in this data protection declaration under the heading "Analysis tools".

You can object to this analysis. We will inform you about the possibilities of objection in this data protection declaration.

We would like to point out that data transmission via the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the responsible person

The responsible body for data processing on this website within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter called GDPR) is

In the event of violations of the data protection law, the person concerned has a right to appeal to the appropriate supervisory authority. The appropriate supervisory authority for data protection issues is the data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. 3. Data collection on our website

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies help make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies).

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Each browser differs in the way it manages the cookie settings. You find help on how to change your cookie settings under the following links:

Safari: https://support.apple.com/kb/PH21411?locale=da_DK&viewlocale=en_UK

Opera: http://help.opera.com/Windows/11.50/en/cookies.html

Cookies are necessary to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions desired by you (e.g. shopping basket function). They are stored on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of cookies in order to provide their services technically error-free and optimized. As far as other cookies (e.g. cookies for the analysis of your browsing behaviour) are stored, these will be treated separately in this data protection declaration.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

browser type and browser version
operating system used
referrer URL
host name of the accessing computer
time of the server request
IP address

These data are not combined with other data sources. The data will not be passed on or used in any other way.  However, we reserve the right to check the server log files subsequently if there are concrete indications of illegal use.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Contact form (currently inactive)

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the contact form, including the contact data you have provided there, will be used for the purpose of processing your inquiry.

The data entered in the contact form are therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by your revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete, your consent for storage revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Obligatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Consent (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a DGPR): You can revoke your consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

Comment function on this website (currently inactive)

For the comment function on this page, in addition to your comment, information about the time the comment was created, your e-mail address and (if you do not post anonymously) your chosen user name will be saved. The IP address is stored for security reasons in case the person concerned violates the rights of third parties or posts illegal content by submitting a comment. We need your e-mail address in order to contact you if a third party should object to your published content as unlawful.

Duration of comments (comments currently inactive)

Comments and associated data (e.g. IP address) are stored and remain on our website until the commented content is completely deleted or the comments must be deleted for legal reasons (e.g. offensive comments).

Legal basis

Your comments are stored on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the processes already carried out is unaffected by the revocation.

Data processing (customer and contract data)

We collect, process and use personal data only to the extent necessary for the establishment, content design or change of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures. We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our webpages (usage data) only to the extent necessary to serve the user or to bill for services.

The customer data will be deleted after completion of the order or after termination of the business relationship. Legal retention periods remain unaffected.

Data transmission for services and digital content

We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the credit institution commissioned to process payments.

A further transmission of the data will not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, for example for advertising purposes.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

The content on our pages can be shared on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter or Google+ in accordance with data protection regulations. There is no automatic transfer of user data to the operators of these platforms. If the user is logged in to one of the social networks, an information window appears when using the social buttons of Facebook, Google+1, Twitter & Co. The user can confirm the text before sending it.

Our users can share the contents of this site in social networks in compliance with data protection regulations. Complete browsing profiles are not created.

5. Analysis tools

IP anonymization

We activated the IP anonymisation function on this website. This will cause your IP address to be cut by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and be shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website and Internet use. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Browser plug-in

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser. However, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use all functions of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting data generated by the respective cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Objection to data collection

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data. Information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google's privacy policy: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245?hl=en.
